The process is simple. Simply contact Susan Kippur by phone or by email. Tell me what you have in mind. Share with me your ideas, preferences, and budget. Tell me your yarn. Together we’ll work to design the perfect gift created with the yarns and shades and textures that most appeal to you.

The price depends on the product. Prices are determined by the cost (a function of both the quality and quantity) of yarn used, and by the complexity of the project. A thick cashmere afghan, for example, will cost significantly more than the same piece made in a beautiful cotton or soft merino wool or gorgeous merino and silk blend. Price and a delivery timeframe are agreed upon before the knitting begins, and a 50% deposit is required at that time. Payments are made in cash or by check.

The product is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with the gift you have ordered, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for alterations, if possible, or for a full refund.
